WIPRO WILP 2025 Recruitment Details - For 2025, 2024, 2023 passed out students

 

Wipro WILP 2025 is an opportunity for BCA/ BSC graduates to earn salary while learning. This program allows selected candidates to work for Wipro as Scholar trainee and offers a chance to earn M.Tech Degree from premier institute Birla Institute of Technology (BITS Pilani). The degree provided will be fully company sponsored and as valuable as regular degree offered by BITS Pilani. This will provide double benefit of learning while earning and after completion of program your portfolio will be excellent.

                       PROGRAM DETAILS

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th and 12th Grades: Passing is mandatory. Open school or distance education is acceptable.
• Graduation: A minimum of 60% or a 6.0 CGPA as per university guidelines.
• Student must be from passing year 2023,2024,2025 only
• Only BCA and BSC graduates
• BSC graduates should be from mentioned streams are eligible

Eligible Streams for BSC: 

 ·       Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics

Other Criteria:

·        No part time, corresponding, distance education degrees are eligible

·       Open school or Distance Education is eligible only for 10^th and 12^th class.

·       Maximum Gap of 3 Years is allowed till the graduation. No gap allowed between 3 years of degree. It is expected that BCA/BSC must be completed in 3 years

·       One backlog is allowed till assessment stage

·       If you have participated in any of the Wipro recruitment drive in last 3 months are not allowed

     Selection Procedure:

Step 2:

Online Assessment:

Eligible candidates will be invited to take an 80-minute online assessment that will test your verbal, analytical, quantitative and written communication skills.

Step 3:

Business Discussion:

If you get through the online assessment, you will be called for a business discussion round with our team. Candidates who clear business discussion will be called for HR round.

Step 4:

Candidates who clear the HR discussion will be provided with a Letter of Intent.

Step 5:

Candidates will be invited for an in-depth learning journey to better prepare you for your job role in Wipro!

Step 6:

Offer Letter

Congratulations for clearing all the rounds! Simply wait for our recruitment team to send you the Offer Letter. Accept it, and get ready to join Wipro!

Designation:

Designation will be as a Scholar Trainee.

Stipend:

1st Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of        Rs.75,000 along with the 1st month Stipend

2nd Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI)

3rd Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI)

4th Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 23,000

Welcome Kit Goodies:

Candidates finally selected will be welcomed with a welcome kit which contains Laptop ( HP, Lenovo, Macbook ), Laptop bag, Headphone, Stickers, Diary, Bottle, Mouse.

Other Benefits:

• Book Allowance of 1250 INR every semester
• Insurance of sum 2 Lakhs
• ESI Facility till 3rd year, from 4th year candidate will be offered Medical Assistance Scheme (MAS) of 15000 INR annually for medical expenses.

Training Agreement:

Candidate needs to sign a training agreement of 60 months (5 years). in case candidate left organisation or enrolled out of program will be liable to pay 75000 INR as training expenses.

This concept of training agreement was ealier known as Bond amount.

What about Mtech Program ?

The degree of M.Tech will be provided in 2 streams,

• M.Tech in  (WIMS)
• M.Tech in  (WASE) 

Overall degree program is of 4 years consisting 8 Semesters. In 8th semester there will be a Dessertaion.

Exmas will be conduted in Offline mode ( Center Based ) , Classes will be Online mode.

In a semester there are two exams:

• Mid-semester: Center Based Closed Book Exam
• Comprehensive Exam: Center Based Open Book Exam 

Why M.Tech offered through Wipro Wilp is of 4 Years?

The possible reason for this is, As per UGC guidlines M.Tech is only offered to candidates who passed MCA or equivalent 2 years PG degree. To comply with UGC guidlines, out of 4 years 2 years are bridge course and other 2 years are dedicated to core subjects.
