Benefits given to Wipro WILP candidates new joinees | WIPRO WILP BITS Pilani


 Hey Guys, hope you all are doing good. Congratulations to those candidates who have cleared all the stages of Wipro WILP and waiting for offer letters. Some of you guys are going to appear in this program and curious after what benefits wipro will provide you during joining. I have tried to summarize all the benefits and bonuses which you will get. 

All these benefits mentioned below are subject to company’s policy and might vary with time as per company discretion.


Joining Bonus of 75K INR: Once you join the program, Wipro will provide you 75K onetime bonus with your 1st month salary. But there is a catch, if you leave company within 1 or 2 years (lock-in period mentioned on bonus agreement) you have to return this bonus along with your training expense.

Wipro Goodies in Welcome Kit: During joining Wipro will welcome you with a Welcome kit which comprises many goodies like, Bottle, Cup, diary, pen, Laptop Bag, mouse, laptop, Boat Headphones.



Comprehensive Medical Insurance: Wipro will provide comprehensive Medical Insurance for self (parents and dependents not included). You can avail this insurance in case of any medical urgency.

Book Allowance: Since you are joining as WILP candidate, Company will offer you book allowance of certain amount to accommodate your study materials. This is the best part that you are getting some funds for your study material.

You can apply for free Stationary: Candidate can also avail free stationary from company, but this stationary could be availed only for work purposes or your academic studies.


These benefits are not as specific as mentioned above and varies as per company policies. These benefits are directly related to fresh hired WILP candidates. There are many more benefits like, shift allowance, on-call allowance, CAB facility, Appreciation and awards, which will be given once you start working on projects. But these benefits are offered to maintain a healthy wok-study-life balance.
